Blog Post #19

I admire my grandma. I knew exactly who I wanted to write about when we got this blog post. I have looked up to my grandma ever since I was a little girl. She plays the roll of a grandma very well. I have always felt welcome at her house and you can rarely go over there with out there being other relatives over visiting. There is always food cooking in the stove and my most favorite is her homemade bread with raspberry jam. My grandma has not missed one of my birthdays and she always gives me a thoughtful card. I hope when I become a grandma
I can have these strengths that she has. I can tell that she really cares about me and she wants me to be happy. I know that I could go to her if I ever needed anything.

My grandma knows everybody at least it feels like it. I always have people telling me how much they love my grandma. She is always sending cards or giving a phone call to somebody who needs it. I would love to be more like this. I want to make other people happy. I love my grandmas big bear hugs and I feel so loved when she puts those arms around me.

I look up to how dedicated my grandma is to her religion and family. She has been a great example to me. She is a great homemaker. I lack in this area of my life. I am a great cook and I cant sew for the life of me. My grandma has taught me some skills and my most favorite was when she taught me how to make scones. Sewing and cooking are all great things but what I love most about my grandma is how welcoming she is to all of her family and friends. She makes me feel loved.
